New York Media Arts Map

To help media artists, funders, exhibitors and others find each other, the state and two non profit organization created an interactive map that organizes media arts groups by location. Users can hover over a borough or county in the state, and a list of the organizations pops up. Organizations can also be viewed by category, such as policy and advocacy, sponsorship or grantmaking. The New York Media Arts Map was launched in December by American Documentary, the Experimental Television Center and the Electronic Media and Film Program of the New York State Council for the Arts.
